Benjamina Ebuehi's Biography

Benjamina Ebuehi was a 23-year-old teaching assistant from London, when she became one of the contestants on The Great British Bake Off season 7.

Benji, who has a blog called Carrot and Crumb, began baking at the age of 14.

She graduated with a first in Economics from the University of Leicester.

She likes to combine classic flavours with a modern style.

Benjamina Ebuehi has a brother and a twin sister.

Benjamina was the star baker in week four of Bake Off series 7.

She got to the quarter-finals and ended up fifth in Bake Off in 2016.
