Joe Barber's Biography

Joe Barber was a 23 year-old receptionist in a children's hair salon when he became a houseguest in Big Brother series 8.

Like fellow Big Brother houseguest Dustin Erikstrup, Joe is a gay man from Chicago.

In episode 1 of Big Brother it was revealed that Joe Barber and Dustin used to go out together.

Joe Barber ended up the second houseguest to be evicted from Big Brother series 8. He was evicted in a 9 to 1 vote that went in favour of Dick Donato.

In an interview with Entertainment World after his eviction, Joe Barber claimed that he got gonorrhea from Dustin - a claim that Dustin has totally denied. His favorite films are Girls Will Be Girls, Finding Nemo and The Village, and his favorite TV Shows are Queer as Folk, Ugly Betty, Grey's Anatomy, and Futurama.

Joe Barber's profile in CBS's official Big Brother site stated that although he does not support a sports team, he plays volleyball, basketball, and baseball.
