Who is Harpreet Kaur?

When she won The Apprentice, Harpreet was a 30 year old from West Yorkshire who had the family businesses of Big Momma’s Creperie at the White Rose Centre, Leeds and Barni’s dessert parlour at 12 Hillhouse Lane in Huddersfield.

After The Apprentice, her business became Oh So Yum.

Harpreet told the BBC that she planned for her coffee and cakes business to become a leading brand in the UK, saying:

“I’m definitely not in business to make friends, I’m here to make money, and I’m pretty sure Lord Sugar isn’t looking for a new mate.”

After The Apprentice, Harpreet started dating her fellow candidate Akshay Thakrar.

They got engaged and set the wedding date for June 2024.
