Kieron Courtney Dyer was born in Ipswich on 29 December 1978.
A talented midfielder his football career was blighted by injury.
He started at Ipswich Town but was sold to Newcastle United in 1999 for £6 million.
He went on to play for West Ham, QPR and Middlesborough.
Kieron Dyer won 33 England caps between 1999 and 2007.
In 2015, Kieron Dyer was named as one of the celebrities on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. He came fourth.
It was reported that he was to donate his fee to The Jude Brady Foundation a cause close to his heart having lost his brother at the age of seven to stillbirth.
