Rachel Woolford was the owner of the boutique fitness business North Studio when she became a candidate on The Apprentice in 2024.
Rachel founded the studio because she felt the big commercial gyms in Leeds weren't delivering what customers wanted.
Asked by the BBC prior to The Apprentice, what her main business fail was she replied:
"Not asking for help. For a long time, I did absolutely everything in my business - teaching classes, payroll, cleaning, accounts - you name it, I was doing it."
Rachel reached the final of The Apprentice. It transpired that she went to school with fellow candidate Paul Midha.
On 18 April 2024, the BBC broadcast The Apprentice series 18 final, which Rachel Woolford won.
