Debra Barr was a 24-year-old senior sales consultant from Surrey when she entered The Apprentice series 5.

Debra came third in The Apprentice. Lord Sugar said that it was an extremely close call and that she very nearly got into the final two.

Debra Barr was born in Glasgow, but moved to Surrey when she was 8.

Although when she was 10, she had the reading age of a six-year-old, she went on to study English Literature at university and gain a BA.

Debra Barr was once awarded "mouth of the year" at her office Christmas party.

She loves horses and states that she has been inspired by Bill Gates and Sir Richard Branson.

Debra was part of the losing team in programme 1 of The Apprentice, and was brought back into the boardroom by team leader Mona, but survived when Anita was fired.

Debra continued to survive boardroom encounters to get into the later stages of The Apprentice.
