Felipe Alviar-Baquero was a 33-year-old lawyer, living in Kent, when he entered The Apprentice series 10.

Colombian-born Felipe studied at Oxford University and gained a Bachelor of Civil Law, having already gained a BA Hons First Class, Law and Business Administration from University of Kent.

He was an Officer at the Department of Work and Pensions, before becoming a solicitor at Slaughter and May and then at Latham & Watkins.

In 2014, Felipe Alviar-Baquero became a Consultant on International Infrastructure Projects with INDECS Consulting Limited.

Felipe Alviar-Baquero has amassed a number of accolades including BCL Lincoln College Award, Sweet and Maxwell Law Prize - Best law student, Rotary Award from the University of Kent; he was selected as one of the Top 100 Colombians in 2012, and was also one of the people chosen to carry the Olympic Torch in the London 2012 games.

Felipe also founded Tiny Town children's play area in Larkfield and is a trustee of the charity Children of the Andes.

He is married to Jen and father of Isabella and Sophia.
