Steven Ugoalah was a 29-year-old property consultant, living in London, when he entered The Apprentice series 10.

He was the sixth candidate to be fired in an episode of The Apprentice that was to see a triple firing as Ella Jade Bitton and Sarah Dales quickly followed suit.
Before moving to London, Steven Ugoalah spent a year travelling the Arctic to do community development social work with remote Inuit communities.
In 2006 he graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Social Work degree.
In 2007 he moved from Canada to London at the age of 22.
