Katie Bulmer-Cooke's Biography

Katie Bulmer-Cooke was a 27-year-old fitness entrepreneur, living in Sunderland, when she entered The Apprentice series 10.

She came seventh.

Katie Bulmer-Cooke has won several awards as a personal trainer, including Fit Pro UK Fitness Professional of the Year 2013, IFS UK Personal Trainer of the Year 2012 and Fit Pro & Life Fitness Worldwide Personal Trainer To Watch 2012 Top Ten.

Katie created the international fitness programme The Little Black Dress Club.

She co-founded www.thefitmummymanual.com and the site shows her own photographs showing her progression from straight after giving birth to 10 weeks post-natal.

She gained a 1st class honours degree in Sport & Exercise Development.

Katie Bulmer-Cooke was also in Top Sante magazine's 100 Hottest Health Gurus, one of 6 featured personal trainers.
