Born on 21 September 1988 in Stevenage, Callum Donnelly was just five years old when he persuaded his father to let him join his brothers' football team.

He won the league with Stotfold when he was 18 and his father was assistant manager.

Apart from a spell playing wide right for Stotfold, Callum has generally played centre midfield, whether for Barton, Hitchin or Bedford.

At Hitchin, Callum notched up over 350 appearances and scored more than 50 goals.

Callum Donnelly joined Bedford Town FC in the 2017/18 season, and made about 120 appearances for the Club before they won the Pitching In Southern League Division One Central.

He scored six goals in the title-winning 2021/22 season and was signed again for Bedford Town FC's Southern League Premier Central campaign.

Outside of football, Callum is a plumber with his own business.

In November 2022, Callum achieved a milestone at Bedford Town when he made his 150th appearance for the Club.
