Abi Titmuss's Biography
She graduated from City University in St Bartholomew's Hospital in 1998 and became a staff nurse at London's University College Hospital.
Abi Titmuss started going out with television presenter, John Leslie in 1998, and came to the public's attention in 2003 when Leslie was named on live television as the celebrity whom Ulrika Jonsson, had referred to anonymously in alleged rape allegations.
Abi Titmuss stood by John Leslie through his trials and tribulations and has since emerged with various media jobs.
Titmuss has presented on Virgin radio, MTV, and porn channel Television X. She has appeared nude on the cover of FHM (in fact, Abi is the only woman to have appeared on an FHM cover twice in a year), and appeared alongside Jennifer Ellison in Hell's Kitchen's first series with Gordon Ramsay.
Another television role that Abi Titmuss once had was reporting on Channel 4's Richard and Judy show, but shenanigans involving sex, lies and videotapes meant that role ended.
Abi Titmuss was one of the contestants in the 2005 television series, Celebrity Love Island, in which she had a snog with Rebecca Loos. Other Celebrity Love Island participants include Calum Best and Jayne Middlemiss.
However, it was with Lee Sharpe that Abi Titmuss got on best. In August 2005 the couple were reported to be planning a beach wedding ceremony, but by the end of the year Abi and Lee had split up.
In another twist, in March 2006 Abi Titmuss confirmed on Richard and Judy that she and Lee Sharpe had got back together - only to split later in the year and in November 2006, it was reported that Abi Titmuss and Brendan Cole had started going out together.
Abi had been on Richard and Judy, showing off her Latin and publicising Arthur Miller's Two-way Mirror, at the Courtyard at Covent Garden, London - in which she was acting opposite Jay Benedict. Her acting was good and her American accent was authentic.
There is no doubting Abi Titmuss's appeal. In a Channel 4 documentary, Abi Titmuss: A Modern Day Morality Tale, Daily Star columnist Libby Purves said of Abi:
"She sells. Our newspaper goes up in circulation when she's on the front of the paper."
Abi Titmuss herself saw what it was like on the other side of the snapper's fence, when she appeared on ITV2's Deadline. She was reluctant, however to photograph Jodie Marsh, whom she had fallen out with and also friends like Calum Best. However she interviewed Amanda Lamb and established that Amanda had got off with Lee Sharpe.
It was not long, however, before Abi was sacked by Janet Street-Porter for 'egomania'.
In 2008, Abi Titmuss continued her acting career with roles in Fat Christ at the King's Head Theatre and in the films Do Elephants Pray and Mixed Up.
In April 2008, The Daily Mail quoted Abi Titmuss on her boyfriend, Marc Warren:
"I absolutely trust him. For a successful relationship, I think you have to have communication, trust, respect and love. Although we're not living together yet, I want to get married one day and have children. I don't want to put any pressure on Marc, although I will admit he's my perfect man."
In January 2009, Abi Titmuss appeared on Celebrity Come Dine With Me along with Rodney Marsh, Linda Lusardi, Lesley Joseph and Paul Ross.
In April 2017, Abi Titmuss revealed that she was pregnant with her first baby, aged 41.
Three years previously she had moved to Los Angeles and having joined the cast of Days of Our Lives, had met her partner Ari Welkom, who proposed to her and the marriage was scheduled for May 2017.
