Jason Byrne's Biography

Jason Byrne has been a regular performer at the Edinburgh Fringe Festivals, where his accolades have included Best Headliner Chortle Award in 2007, a nomination for 1998 Perrier Newcomer Award, and a Perrier Award Nomination for his 2001 show.

Jason Byrne has toured extensively with his stand-up comedy act to locations as diverse as New York, Boston, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Singapore, Brussels, Milan and Paris as well as the UK and Ireland.

His DVDs include Jason Byrne – Out Of The Box in November 2006 and The Byrne Identity which was recorded in November 2008.

The Byrne Identity like several series of Anonymous, The Jason Byrne Show, and The Byrne Ultimatum were broadcast on RTE.

Jason Byrne has had his own series on BBC Radio 2, The Jason Byrne Show.
