Angie Best was born Angela MacDonald in Southend on 26 July 1952.
She is the aunty of the actress Samantha Womack.
She used to be a “Bunny” in the Playboy Club in London and then had a career modelling.
In 1975, she met the footballer George Best and they married in January 1976.
They had a son Calum Best in 1981.
