Jordan North's Biography
Jordan North studied at St James’ Lanehead Primary School, Penwortham Priory Academy, Preston’s College and the University of Sunderland.
His grandparents run a number of pubs including Daneshouse Club and St Andrew’s Conservative Club.
In the past he has broadcast on Preston FM, Spark FM, Rock FM, The Hits and Capital Manchester before hosting his Radio 1 show.
Together with William Hanson, Jordan North has a podcast called Help I Sexted My Boss.
In 2020 he became one of the contestants on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. Previously, Jordan North had worked on the show of one of the other celebrities on I'm A Celebrity - Victoria Derbyshire.
He came second in I'm A Celebrity, runner up to Giovanna Fletcher.

In February 2024, Jordan left BBC Radio 1 for Capital Radio.
In October 2024, the BBC reported that he had added more than 400,000 listeners to the Capital Radio breakfast show's ratings in his first six months there.
