At the time of The Great British Bake Off in 2019, Michelle Evans-Fecci was a 35 year-old working at her family-owned business Trade Canvas Print in Tenby in Wales.
Her husband Ben Fecci is the managing director.
Michelle grew up on a farm and now lives in Tenby with her husband and teenage son.
Her Instagram account is full of photos of things Michelle has baked.
She told Channel Four: "The day we got married we christened our son on the same day. So we didn’t have a wedding cake, we had a cheese stack made of six tiers of Welsh cheese."
