Who is Anne Hegerty?
Born in London, she was a reporter at the South Wales Argus before moving to Manchester.Anne Hegerty is most famous for being one of the chasers on the TV quiz show The Chase, where she is known as The Governess.
Anne had previously competed on Mastermind and the Brain of Britain
Anne Hegerty was diagnosed in 2005 with high-functioning autism and is an ambassador for the National Autistic Society.
As well as her TV appearances on The Chase, she has also hosted the Britain's Brightest Family,
In 2018, she became one of the contestants on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
She was the fifth celebrity to be voted off.
