Who is Scarlett Moffatt?
Scarlett Sigourney Moffatt was born in Bishop Auckland, County Durham in 1990.Her parents are Mark and Betty.
The Moffatt family came to widespread attention through the Channel Four show Gogglebox.
Originally reticent, Scarlett's younger sister Ava-Grace has also now appeared on Gogglebox discussing the week's TV.
Betty Moffatt works at Burton, whilst Mark Moffatt is a welder. Scarlett Moffatt herself is a disability advisor for students.
Before appearing on Gogglebox, Scarlett appeared on MTV's Beauty School Cop Outs alongside Jeremy McConnell who later appeared on Celebrity Big Brother.
2016 was a busy year for Scarlett, who managed to lose a lot of weight, started going out with Luke Crodden, started work on a workout DVD, Scarlett's Super Slim Me Plan, scheduled for release on Boxing Day, and published the humorous memoir Scarlett Says.
She also appeared on an episode of Celebrity First Dates which was filmed shortly before she met Luke Crodden.
In December 2016, Scarlett Moffatt won I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
In March 2017, Channel Four announced that Scarlett Moffatt and Alan Carr would co-host a new Channel 4 entertainment show.
Additionally, Scarlett would follow in the footsteps of Davina McCall and present a new daytime series of Streetmate.
In June 2017, she presented a Channel Four entertainment show Host The Week, however it did not prove a ratings success.
In October 2017, ITV announced that Scarlett Moffatt, Joel Dommett, and Joe Swash would be presenting the forthcoming series of I’m A Celebrity…Extra Camp.
In 2022, she took part in the BBC Two series Pilgrimage.
In 2023, she hosted the BBC One series Scarlett's Driving School.
