Adam Hosker's Biography
Adam Hosker was 27 when he entered The Apprentice.
Like fellow Apprentice candidate Andy Jackson, Adam Hosker was a car sales manager.
Adam comes from a single–parent family and grew up on a council estate in Blackburn.
Adam Hosker's first job was stacking shelves in a supermarket, whilst he says his best job was selling match programmes at Blackburn Rovers.
In 'The Apprentice', although Adam seemed to do well at the tasks, he also appeared to rub some of his fellow candidates up the wrong way. Katie, for example, said: "Adam can go back to car sales and get run over - that would make my day."
Adam Hosker was the eighth candidate to be fired in The Apprentice. It was the fourth time he was on the losing team and brought back into the boardroom, but this time he was the team leader. He had bitter words with Katie in the boardroom, but Sir Alan Sugar fired him, afterwards describing Adam as 'a good bloke, got his heart in the right place.'
The Lancashire Evening Telegraph reported that Adam Hosker began selling cars after completing his A-levels at Blackburn College.
However, at 22 he began a BA in sports management at the University of Central Lancashire.
Since then Adam Hosker has worked at a couple of Renault dealerships.
Adam also coaches football to Under 16's.
On August 8, 2007 the BBC reported:
"Apprentice loser Adam Hosker is to be questioned by Lancashire police over an alleged bar brawl."
After The Apprentice, Adam Hosker worked for an IT company in Rawtenstall and then for an IT services firm TSG in Manchester.
In 2016, Adam Hosker was involved in a dispute with Shamelss actor Jody Latham, who was later cleared in court of harassment.
