Melissa Cohen was a 24-year-old food business manager living in London when she entered The Apprentice series 6.

Melissa was the fourth person to be fired from The Apprentice.

Melissa Cohen worked as a hairdresser before moving into food business management, claiming that she single-handedly increased Tesco's share of the kosher food market to 75%.

Melissa has declared herself inspired by the entrepreneurs Richard Branson and Kimora Lee Simmons.

In her audition for The Apprentice, Melissa Cohen claimed she could sell ice to the eskimos.
