Anthony Hutton won Big Brother series 6. When he heard Davina announce the news he shouted out: "Granny Hutton, we've done it".

Anthony Hutton, who was aged 23 when he entered Big Brother, is from Consett, near Newcastle, and used to be a postman.

Before Big Brother, Anthony worked as a 70s dancer called Chico Importante from Puerto Rico and worked with Scottish dance troupe Boogie Express.

Anthony Hutton was booed by the crowd when he started doing dance moves on the way in to the Big Brother house, but soon turned out to be the public's favourite.

Anthony nearly missed his train to get to Big Brother due to having a sunbed.

At the time of Big Brother, Anthony lived with his mother, dinner lady Annette, and his family wash, cook and clean for him, while his grandmother, Mary, irons his "pulling outfit" which she sprays with holy water.

On Big Brother, Anthony told Craig that he had sex with five different women in the same week.

Anthony once signed for Whickham Football Club for £75. Before Big Brother he played for County Durham club Annfield Plain.

Anthony Hutton was part of the squad of celebs on Sky 1's The Match in 2005 and 2006.

In The Match in 2005, manager, Graham Taylor was having no nonsense from Anthony when he made him one of the three players on the bench because he came down from his room late on the first morning.

In the end, however, Anthony Hutton played for the celebs against the legends and although he was on the losing side - Hutton was 'Man of the Match'.

After his Big Brother victory, Derwentside District Council made Anthony Hutton an "Ambassador for Young People". Council leader, Alex Watson said: "Anthony has certainly put Consett on the map."

Anthony lost a few 'man points' when he got terribly sick on Big Brother one night and since the series ended he has also had some drunken encounters.

On September 1, 2005 ITN reported that Big Brother winner Anthony Hutton had been banned from London's Kingly Club after being involved in a drunken brawl. As ITN pointed out, it was 'yet another taxi for Hutton moment'.

Anthony Hutton was given the role of Jester over the holiday season 2005/6 in Darlington Civic Theatre’s panto Beauty and the Beast.

At the end of 2005, Anthony released a keep-fit DVD, entitled Anthony's 70s Disco Workout.

At one point before she went into Big Brother series 9, Anthony Hutton dated Stephanie McMichael.

In January 2016, he opened a barber shop and bar Mr Hutton’s Barbers and Bar, in Blackwellgate.

He had already completed his hairdresser training in Darlington.
