Elizabeth Bourgine is a French actress, who was born in the Parisian suburb of Levallois-Perret on 20 March 1957.

She studied at l'école nationale des beaux-arts.

Her big breakthrough was being cast as Gin Tonic in Nesta Burma, Detective de Choc.

The film which starred Jane Birkin and Michel Serrault was directed by Elizabeth's husband Jean-Luc Miesch. He also directed the film Des Hommes de Conviction, in which Elizabeth played Liso Vego.

Elizabeth Bourgine's most notable television appearance has been her recurring role in Death in Paradise, in which she first appeared in 2011. In Death in Paradise she plays Catherine Bordey.

On 11 July 2019, the BBC announced that Elizabeth Bourgine would be one of the contestants on Celebrity MasterChef.
