Kezia Dugdale was born in Aberdeen on 28 August 1981. Her parents were teachers.
She studied Law at the University of Aberdeen and then took a masters degree in Public Policy at the University of Edinburgh.
Since 2011, Kezia Dugdale has been a Scottish Labour Co-operative MSP in the Scottish Parliament.
She was Scottish Labour Leader from 15 August 2015 to 29 August 2017.
Her partner is the SNP MSP Jenny Gilruth.
In 2017, she became a celebrity on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here.
She was the second celebrity to be voted out of the jungle.
