Michelle Niziol

Michelle Niziol was a 35 year old owner of a property consultancy IMS, living in Oxfordshire, when she entered The Apprentice series 12.

When she was young, her parents broke up and Michelle helped bring up her sister.

She studied at Cooper School in Bicester and the Oxford College of Further Education.

She is married with a son.

Michelle has been a columnist for What Mortgage & First Time Buyers Magazine.

She was Barclays manager of the month in June 2011.

In her audition video for The Apprentice, she said: “I work 15 to 17 hours every single day.”

Michelle was project manager of the losing side in week 1 and was fired by Lord Sugar.
