Mukai Noiri

Mukai Noiri was a 36 year old digital marketing manager in fashion, living in London, when he entered The Apprentice series 12.

His father, who is Japanese, is a Zen Buddhist monk.

His mother is an environmentalist and charity worker.

He has studied at New York University's Leonard N Stern's School of Business and at Manchester University.

Mukai has lived in the USA, Egypt, India and Japan and gave up his position as a senior communications manager to focus on his own business idea.

He had been senior manager of 1-2-1 Consumer Engagement and Digital Marketing.

In week two of The Apprentice, Mukai Noiri was project manager and in a rare event Lord Sugar brought both teams back into the boardroom dubbing them both losers. However, Mukai survived.

Nevertheless, Mukai did not survive long and was fired in the fourth week.

He did not appear on The Apprentice You're Fired, as he was by then living in Japan.

In his audition video for The Apprentice said: “You're not going to find a person more internationally minded and internationally cultured.”
