Dominic Littlewood was born on 29 March 1965 in Essex.

In the 1980s Dominic Littlewood's first pay packet was £12.50 (plus £5 from the government) with a youth training scheme. He worked for a shipbuilding company.

In Strictly Come Dancing, Dominic Littlewood partnered Lilia Kopylova. They were the fifth couple to be eliminated from the show.

For many years, Dominic Littlewood worked in the car business before he hit the TV screens as a mentor on an early Faking It on Channel Four where a vicar became a car dealer.

It led to several presenting and reporting credits on various TV programmes. Dominic Littlewood hosted How to Holiday with Jenni Falconer, To Buy or Not to Buy on BBC1, How I Made My Property Fortune on BBC2, and, alongside former criminal Mike Fraser, Beat the Burglar on BBC1.

Other credits include presenting Wrong Car, Right Car, BBC1's Don't Get Done, Get Dom, Caught Red Handed, and reporting for BBC1's The One Show.

In Dominic Littlewood's interview with The Manchester Evening News, he revealed:

"If I get bad service, I'll do something about it. If you don't correct, you accept."

As well as his TV work, Dominic Littlewood has written for car magazines and enjoys sailing and jet skiing.

He is a Type 1 diabetic.

In 2020, he was one of the contestants on Celebrity Masterchef.

In September 2020, BBC One announced that it had commissioned a series entitled Moment of Proof, hosted by Dom Littlewood.
