Tony Bellew, nicknamed Bomber, was born in Liverpool on 30 November 1982.
A top boxer, he retired from being a professional after his knockout loss to Oleksandr Usyk in 2018 in a bout for the undisputed cruiserweight titles.
Previously, he had twice defeated David Haye as a heavyweight.
Tony Bellew's record, since turning professional on 6 October 2007, was winning 30 of his 34 bouts, including 20 knockouts.
Since retiring from boxing, Bellew has commentated on fights.
In 2023, along with Frankie Dettori, Tony Bellew was a late arrival in the jungle to compete on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!
He was runner-up.
