On 1 September 2019, ITV announced that John Barrowman would take over from Jason Gardiner as a judge on the 12th series of the popular show Dancing on Ice, which would be broadcast in 2020.
John Barrowman would be joining the previous judges Jayne Torvill, Christopher Dean and Ashley Banjo.
Once again, Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby would be presenting.
