Who is Trisha Goddard?
She is most famous for being a daytime chat show host. Having started her media carer out in Australia it was when she returned to the UK that she became a household name hosting her own show, intially on ITV (1998-2004) and then on Channel Five (2005-2009).
She went to live in Connecticut in 2010 and had her own show in the USA from 2012-14.
In 2019, it was announced that she would be one of the celebrities on Dancing on Ice in 2020.
She was paired with Lukasz Rozycki. They were the first couple to be eliminated.
In 2021, she joined talkRadio and the following year talkTV
Trisha Goddard's Personal Life
Trisha Goddard was born in London on 23 December 1957 to a Dominican mother.
According to the Guardian, "Goddard grew up suspecting that the white man who raised her was not her biological father; all of her sisters had lighter skin than her. It wasn’t until after her mother died that she was able to confirm it. 'Finding out that Dad wasn’t my biological dad was actually in many ways a relief, because I thought I was, you know, mad, bad or sad. It was weird; suddenly loads of things made sense.'"
Her first marriage was to the Australian politician Robert Nestdale.
Her second marriage was to Mark Greive. They had two daughters, Billy Dee and Madison.
Trisha's third husband was Peter Gianfrancesco, however they divorced in 2017.
Trisha Goddard wrote an autobiography in 2008, Trisha: As I Am.
