Zoe Salmon's Biography

Zo and Matt ended up just missing out on the semi-finals and finished fifth.

Zo Salmon was born in Bangor in Northern Ireland and is best known for presenting Blue Peter from December 2004 until June 2008.

Zoe got her Blue Peter break after seeing an ad in the local paper.

Upon leaving Blue Peter, Zoe Salmon was lined up to present a CBBC gameshow called Hot Rods.

Zoe, who was Miss Northern Ireland in 1999, completed a four-year law degree at Queen's University in Belfast before training to be a solicitor.

Zoe Salmon became the 30th Blue Peter presenter when she joined the show in 2004. She left Blue Peter at the same time as co-presenter Gethin Jones.
