Pavel Aubrecht's Biography

In Dancing on Ice 2010, Pavel Aubrecht ice skated with Sharron Davies.

Pavel and Sharron were voted off Dancing on Ice in the seventh week, halfway through the series.

In Dancing on Ice in 2009, Pavel Aubrecht partnered Jessica Taylor.

Pavel and Jessica reached the final of Dancing on Ice and ended up third.

In 2008, Pavel Aubrecht partnered Samantha Mumba in Dancing on Ice.

Samantha Mumba told The Sun about Pavel Aubrecht in training:

"He's definitely tough on me, but that's a good thing because he just wants to get the most out of me."

In the run up to the first week of Dancing on Ice, Samantha Mumba had not been well and she and Pavel Aubrecht were in the skate-off but they managed to win through and Sarah Greene lost out.

However, Pavel and Samantha lost a skate-off in the third week of Dancing on Ice against Steve Backley and Susie Lipanova.

In 2007, Pavel Aubrecht partnered Ulrika Jonsson, who said similar things to Samantha Mumba about Pavel Aubrecht's approach:

"Pavel's a really hard task master. I've introduced humour to our sessions though, mainly by the way I skate. He's very ambitious for us so he's always driving it."

Pavel Aubrecht has toured with various ice skating shows.

Pavel and his wife Linda Aubrecht, who is also a skater, additionally work as illustrators and designers.
