Who is Vincent Simone?

Vincent Simone, who heralds from Italy, was sixteen when he moved to England in 1995.

He and Flavia Cacace had the same dance teacher and they started as a pair in the mid-nineties.

Based in Guildford, as well as performing, Vincent and Flavia also train dancers.

In September 2008, Vincent Simone and one of his Strictly Come Dancing partners, Louisa Lytton finished ninth out of 14 competitors, representing the UK, in the 2008 Eurovision Dance Contest.

In April 2009, The Mirror reported that Vincent Simone was back with his pregnant girlfriend Susan Duddy, although he had a "fling on tour with Russian co-star Kristina Rihanoff."

In January 2010, Vincent Simone and girlfriend Susan Duddy celebrated the christening of their baby son Luca. Flavia Cacace was amongst those in the congregation.

In 2013, Vincent Simone became one of the celebrities on I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here. He was the third celeb to be voted out of the jungle.

In 2012, Vincent Simone was paired with Dani Harmer in Strictly Come Dancing series 10.

They came fourth.

In series 9 of Strictly Come Dancing, Vincent Simone was partnered with Edwina Currie and they were the first couple to be voted off.

In series 8 of Strictly Come Dancing, Vincent Simone was paired with Felicity Kendal. They were the seventh couple to be voted off the show.

In series 7 of Strictly Come Dancing, Vincent Simone partnered Natalie Cassidy. Vincent and Natalie managed to finish fifth.

In series 6 of Strictly Come Dancing, Vincent Simone partnered Rachel Stevens.

In week nine of series 6 Vincent Simone and Rachel Stevens scored the highest ever points for the Rumba on Strictly Come Dancing with 39.

The following week, Rachel and Vincent went one better getting the highest ever score for the foxtrot - a perfect 40.

Vincent and Rachel went on to reach the final of Strictly Come Dancing series 6, and ended up runners-up.

In series 5 of Strictly Come Dancing, Vincent Simone partnered Stephanie Beacham and they were the second couple to be voted off.

Vincent Simone danced with Louisa Lytton.

They did well, but were voted off in the tenth programme in the 2006 series, with just three more couples remaining.
