Adam Carolla was born in Philadelphia on 27 May 1964.

Adam Carolla's TV credits include hosting Too Late with Adam Carolla, co-hosting and co-creating The Man Show, co-creating and being the voice of Dick Birchum on Crank Yankers, and voicing Spanky on Drawn Together.

Carolla was also the central figure in TLC's The Adam Carolla Project.

Before becoming a TV and radio personality, Adam Carolla had been a carpenter, and that became the germ of The Adam Carolla Project, on which Carolla buys his boyhood home with his own money, renovates it and then tries to sell it for a million dollars.

As well as being a carpenter, Adam Carolla had a stint as a boxing trainer, which led to his breakthrough into radio, when he joined KROQ's Kevin and Bean Show training Jimmy Kimmel.

Adam Carolla went on to host the nationally syndicated radio program Loveline with Dr. Drew Pinsky.

This led to spin-offs on MTV and a book, The Dr. Drew and Adam Book: A Survival Guide to Life and Love.

In Dancing with the Stars series 6, Adam Carolla partnered Julianne Hough.

Adam and Julianne were the fourth couple to be eliminated from Dancing with the Stars.
