Angie Bowie's Biography
Angie Bowie was born Mary Angela Barnett In Cyprus on 25 September 1949.
Her father was an engineer for a mining company.
She went to school in Switzerland and the Connecticut College for Women in the USA, before studying marketing at Kingston Polytechnic in England.
Angie met David Bowie in 1969 and they married a year later. When the couple divorced Zowie, who changed his name to Duncan, stayed with David.
She later had a daughter, Stacia, with the punk musician Andrew Lipska also known as Drew Blood.
Angie Bowie's own creative output includes a book, Pop Sex, and an album, Moon Goddess.
In 2016, she became one of the housemates on Celebrity Big Brother.
Her former husband David Bowie died when Angie was in the Big Brother house.
A few days later Angie Bowie walked out of the Big Brother house of her own volition.
