Gary Lucy's Biography
Gary Lucy was born in Essex on 27 November 1981.
He studied at Trinity Catholic High School in Woodford Green.
Gary Lucy's first significant acting break came when he was cast in Sky's Dream Team.
He then gained high profile roles as Luke Morgan in Channel 4's soap Hollyoaks and Kyle Pascoe in Footballers' Wives.
In December 2005, Gary Lucy was cast as Will Fletcher in The Bill, however, in Autumn 2009, it was revealed that he was to leave the ITV series.
Around the time of his departure from The Bill, Gary Lucy gained roles in the ITV drama Whatever It Takes and in BBC's Missing.
It was announced that he would be among the celebrities to compete on Dancing on Ice in 2010. He was paired with Maria Filippov.
Gary and Maria came second on Dancing on Ice, having narrowly won the semi-final skate-off against Danniella Westbrook and Matthew Gonzalez by 3-2 on the judges' vote.
They then beat Kieron Richardson and Brianne Delcourt in the final to secure second, but lost out to Hayley Tamaddon and Dan Whiston at the final hurdle.
In the past, Gary Lucy, who won the Bachelor Of The Year award from Company magazine in 2002, was romantically linked with several people. In 2003 the Mirror ran a news article that he managed to woo Lady Emily Crompton, in which it stated that he "has dated EastEnders actress Michelle Ryan, Liberty X star Michelle Heaton, actresses Kelly Wenham and Martine McCutcheon and has been the subject of numerous kiss and tell stories."
More recently he went steady with paediatric nurse Natasha Gray, and they married in 2014.
Gary Lucy was selected to be one of the all-stars to appear in the final series of Dancing on Ice in 2014. This time he was paired with Katie Stainsby.
In January 2014, it was revealed that Gary Lucy was to leave EastEnders, having played Danny Pennant since 2012.
