Who is Stella Parton?

Stella Parton was born on 4 May 1949 in Tennessee, the younger sister of Dolly Parton.

Like Dolly, Stella is a country singer and her hits include I Want To Hold You In My Dreams, which was released in 1975.

She has also written a memoir Tell It Sister, Tell It and a cookbook, Really Cookin’, Vol. 1.

She has also had some acting credits including the TV series the Dukes of Hazzard.

In May 2018, the BBC announced that Stella Parton would be one of the contestants on Celebrity Masterchef.
