Gleb Savchenko's Biography

Gleb Savchenko is a dancer who was born in Moscow, Russia.

He left home when he was 16, and gained a degree in choreography from The Russian University of Theatre Arts.

He also studied acting at The Actors Pulse in Sydney.

Gleb Savchenko partnered ice skater Adelina Sotnikova in the Russian version of Strictly Come Dancing. Gleb also competed in Dancing With The Stars in which he was partnered by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump.

He was the Australian National Professional Latin-American Champion of 2011-2012.

He danced with Jennifer Lopez in a commercial for L’Oreal.

Gleb Savchenko's dance partners have included Daria Ivanova.

His wife, Elena Samadanova is also a dancer.

In 2015, he became one of the professional dancers on Strictly Come Dancing.

In 2015, he was partnered by Anita Rani. They came fifth.

In 2016, Gleb Savchenko became a contestant on Celebrity Masterchef.

In the same year he revealed that he would not be appearing in the next series of Strictly Come Dancing due to family commitments.
