Niecy Nash's Biography

Niecy Nash was born in Los Angeles. She spent much of her childhood in St. Louis, before returning to Los Angeles when she was 8.

She gained a BA from California State University Dominguez Hills, where she majored in theater.

Niecy Nash is the host and producer of the Style Network's home makeover show, Clean House, for which she was twice daytime Emmy nominated and winner of the 2007 Gracie Allen Award for Outstanding Program Host.

Niecy Nash has also been an award-winner as an actress, winning a 2010 Gracie Award for her role as Officer Raineesha Williams in Reno 911 and its spin-off film Reno 911: Miami.

Her numerous other acting credits include The Bernie Mac Show, My Name Is Earl, Monk, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, NYPD Blue and Judging Amy.

In 2008, Niecy starred in her own comedy series, Do Not Disturb.

She is the mother of three children.
