Who is Graeme Swann?

He was born on 24 March 1979 in Northamptonshire. His parents were teachers.

Graeme Swann ended up playing 60 Tests for England and was part of three Ashes-winning sides.

He took 255 Test wickets, the most for any spin bowler and sixth out of all English bowlers.

His debut was against India at Chennai in December 2006 where he took two wickets in his first over.

His last Test match was at Perth against Australia in December 2013.

In county cricket he played for Northamptonshir and Nottinghamshire.

He is a regular pundit on the radio.

Graeme Swann married Sarah in January 2010.

They have two children, Wilfred and Charlotte.

In 2018, he became one of the celebrities on Strictly Come Dancing.

Graeme Swann was partnered with Oti Mabuse.

They came seventh out of 15 couples competing in Strictly.



Trivia
Graeme Swann is also the lead singer of the indie band Dr Comfort and the Lurid Revelations.
