Who is Stacey Dooley?

She is best known for presenting investigative and current affairs documentaries for the BBC including the series Stacey Dooley Investigates.

Her other TV credits include Stacey Dooley in the USA and Stacey Dooley on The Frontline: Gun Girls and ISIS.

Two years later, in 2018, Stacey Dooley was nominated for Best Presenter and Best Current Affairs Documentary in the Grierson Awards for Stacey Dooley: Face to Face with ISIS.

Her book On the Front Line with the Women Who Fight Back gained a place on The Sunday Times Bestsellers List.

In 2018 she was made an MBE and in the same year Stacey Dooley became one of the celebrities on Strictly Come Dancing.

Stacey Dooley was partnered with Kevin Clifton and they won.

It was subsequently announced that she was joining Grazia as a contributing editor.

In January 2019, the BBC revealed that Stacey Dooley was to present Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star, a make-up competition on BBC Three.

In 2019, the media reported how Stacey Dooley had broken up with her boyfriend Sam Tuknott and was going out with her Strictly partner Kevin Clifton.

In 2020, Stacey Dooley reunited with some of the people from her documentaries in her first ever podcast series, Stacey Dooley Revisits.

She was also made presenter of BBC One's game show This is My House.

She and Kevin Clifton have a daughter Minnie, who was born in 2023.
