Who is Kym Marsh?

She first came to public prominence as one of the winners of the TV show Popstars that led to the formation of the band Hear'Say together with Danny Foster, Myleene Klass, Suzanne Shaw and Noel Sullivan.

Kym then had a solo career before moving into acting where her best known role was playing Michelle Connor in Coronation Street, which she left in December 2019.

Along with Gethin Jones, Sara Cox, Kimberley Walsh, Sam Quek, and Rav Wilding, Kym Marsh has been a presenter on BBC One’s Morning Live,

Kym became a grandmother for the first time in 2019 when her daughter Emilie gave birth to her son Teddy. In August 2022, she was a grandmother again when her son David and his fiancée Courtney had a boy.

In 2022, she became one of the celebrities on Strictly Come Dancing.

She was paired with Graziano di Prima. They came sixth.
