Kimberley Walsh's Biography
Together with Cheryl Cole, Nadine Coyle, Sarah Harding, and Nicola Roberts she became famous as a member of the girl group, Girls Aloud, which was assembled in the reality TV show Pop Stars: The Rivals in 2002.
Girls Aloud gained twenty consecutive top ten singles in the UK including I'll Stand by You, Walk This Way and The Promise.
Her older sister Sally Walsh has acted in Emmerdale, Coronation Street and EastEnders.
Before Girls Aloud, Kimberley Walsh also did some acting.
She also hosted Suck My Pop and was a judge on Born to Shine.
In 2012, together with Alfie Boe she covered Queen's anthem One Vision for the official Team Great Britain single in the London Olympics.
Also, in 2012, Kimberley Walsh was paired with Pasha Kovalev in Strictly Come Dancing series 10.
They reached the final and were joint runners-up.
In February 2014, Kimberley Walsh revealed that she was expecting her first child with her future husband Justin Scott.
Kimberley Walsh and Justin Scott married in January 2016 and later that year it was reported that they were expecting their second child.
He was born in December 2016. Their first son, Bobby, had been born in September 2014.
In October 2020, the BBC announced that Kimberley Walsh would be appearing on the second series of Celebrity Supply Teacher, alongside the likes of Gemma Collins and Bruno Tonioli.
In November 2023, Girls Aloud announced a reunion tour for 2024, dedicated to their former bandmate Sarah Harding, who had died in 2021.
