Eddie Kadi is a comedian and radio presenter.
Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo, he moved to the UK when still a boy and grew up in West London. While studying digital communication and media at Kingston University, Eddie began hosting stand-up comedy shows. In an interview with Kingston University's website he told them: "My first ever gig was at Kingston Hill, when I hosted the Uni’s Afro Caribbean Society talent show."
He has compered the MOBO Awards.
He has appeared on numerous comedy and panel shows on television including being a team captain on ITV’s Sorry I Didn’t Know
Eddie also hosts The Official UK Afrobeats Chart Show on BBC Radio 1Xtra.
In 2023, Eddie Kadi was paired with Karen Hauer on Strictly Come Dancing. They were the fourth couple to be eliminated.
